We do ask that all new clients who have never been to the salon before are to book in for a 15-minute hair consultation and then a further hair appointment can be made at this time. These are free of charge.
All customers must undertake a 48-hour allergy test before their colouring appointment can take place.
This is to protect you by providing an early alert as none of us knows when/if we could become allergic to a hair dye at any point in our life. The allergy alert test is the best way to indicate if someone will have an adverse reaction to a hair colorant.
